Event Planning

Event Management

  • Provide a streamlined check-in and/or check-out process to ensure a wonderful experience for your guests and donors

  • Record all live auction winning bidders, all bid numbers during your Special Appeal, plus will record all other revenue enhancing bids (Dessert Dash, Wine Pull, Sign Up Parties, Silent Auction items, etc.)

  • Provide data entry into your event software

  • Ensure your event runs smoothly

  • Event Recorder (included for all events)

  • Will work seamlessly with your auctioneer or event host to highlight event activations, revenue enhancements, and offer announcements to guests
