Client Spotlight: SOUND Behavioral Health
Building Donor Momentum Through Events
We are honored to be the planning team for SOUND Behavioral Health’s annual SOUND of Hope Gala. For nearly 60 years, SOUND has been a door to hope, healing and recovery. Last November, we worked with this incredible client to recreate and reintroduce their mission through a fundraising gala.
They were starting from scratch, looking to build a new donor base to support their critical cause in our community. We helped them define goals and create an event strategy in a true collaborative approach with their Board and Development Team. And what we created together was amazing.
From mission-engagement activations during the cocktail/mocktail hour, where clinicians shared de-escalation strategies, and how Narcan saves lives, to creating program elements that rebranded SOUND in the community as the leader in mental health support, it was nothing short of remarkable.
We work with our clients to then use the data from their event, to build out other campaigns through the year, and SOUND has done just that. May marked Mental Health Awareness Month, and they moved that donor information forward to develop the Orange Door Campaign.
Chief Impact and Community Engagement Officer, Eddie Pasatiempo, shared, “The Kilbreath Events team was instrumental and collaborative in creating a fantastic inaugural event to help us share our mission with a new community of donors. Their professionalism, and dedication, taking on our cause as their own, made it a successful event, raising needed funds, and building a fantastic donor experience so we can continue to share SOUND’s important mission in our community.”
